Fast Type: Liquid fast (juices, broth, water)
Focus: Seeking wisdom for decisions (James 1:5)
Activity: Quiet time, worship music, write down goals or questions for God
Journal Prompt: Where do I need direction or wisdom?
📅 Day 3 – Wednesday: Breakthrough Fast
Fast Type: Daniel Fast (fruits, vegetables, water only)
Focus: Breaking strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4-5)
Prayer Focus: Pray for deliverance in specific areas (addictions, habits, etc.)

📝 Tips for Fasting:
Stay hydrated (drink plenty of water).
